**Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices - Payroll Specialist**

Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices. We're looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist to join Team Mavis at our offices in **White Plains, NY** area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
- 1 year of experience in ADP/Workforce and Payroll systems a PLUS; but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Solid Microsoft Suite skills
- High level of interpersonal skills

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Verify, research, analyze and resolve payroll inputs
- Assist with verification requests and other pay related inquiries
- Prepares and process payroll related documents
- Answer phones and assists team members as needed
- Process audits to ensure accuracy of data
- Faxing, Filing and Copying functions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
