Idd Lead Supervisor

**America's Home Heath Services is hiring a IDD Lead Supervisor.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Oversee and manage compliance programs, including program development, monitoring, and reporting
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
- Attend participant ISP Meetings to engage in the development of patient outcomes.
- Oversee/Manage/train the day to day operations of 8 office locations regionally.
- Assist in training employees in proper documentation according to outcomes in the ISP.
- Review daily service notes and provide re-training to employees as needed
- Train employees upon hire, ongoing and annually.
- Complete payroll on a weekly basis
- Assist in review, completion and re-training of Progress Notes
- Complete all applicable certified investigations (training to be provided, as needed)
- Complete certified investigation peer reviews
- Complete all applicable administrative reviews for certified investigators.
- Assist in the completion of administrative duties, as needed
- Assist in completion of Quality Assurance Improvement and any Corrective action plans if needed.
- Assist in gathering data for Annual Provider Qualification
- Attend Quality Council Meetings & actively participate in the provider network.
- Ensure employees are complying with proper documentation of services provided.
- Manage, and work with Team to ensure Revenue Growth
- Meet, and implement yearly Division Budgets
- Ensure accurate and timely completion and submission of monthly progress notes.
- Oversee the Quality Improvement committee
- Ensure compliance with Office of Developmental Programs Policies, bulletins, etc..
Qualification Skills
- Must possess positive, enthusiastic attitude, good people skills, and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Experience working with the Behavioral Health/Intellectually Disabled Population
- Office of Developmental Programs experience
- 1 year preferred
