Packer- Foxwoods

**Coastal Gourmet **is seeking a Culinary Packer to join our team This is a full time position at our beautiful commissary kitchen at Mystic Market Foxwoods Resort Casino, a division of Coastal Gourmet. We are looking for a hardworking, people friendly and self-motivated individual with kitchen experience.

As one of our talented Culinary Packers, you'll be responsible for cleaning packaging food made by our chefs, loading items into containers, weighing and labeling the items appropriately. Culinary packers also perform final checks for defective items/labels, ensure all items make it to the loading area and are inventoried properly, and keep detailed records of materials and shipments.

Ensuring all food is prepared and stored in a sanitary and safe manner is of the utmost importance. If you can stand the heat-and consistently deliver great food to our guests-then we definitely want you in our kitchen.
