House Cleaner:
HelloHome, formerly Clean Dream Cleaning Services, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping management, or custodial work to showcase their skills and contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment. Other people that often do well are those with experience in childcare and healthcare

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to offices, common areas, restrooms, and guest rooms
- Dust furniture, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions
- Launder linens and towels as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
- Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Drive to each job site to perform work, deliver dirty linens to laundromat
- communicate well with your team and clients
- use of our storage unit, keeping track of inventory and linens
- stay on time and on task
- all team members are expected to complete tasks within a certain time frame

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership skills to supervise and train other cleaning staff if required (Team Leader positions)
- Basic understanding of hospitality industry standards is a plus

- $20/hr starting salary (with raises pending performance after probationary period)
- $5 bonus for each 5 star review you get for jobs you complete
- hazard pay for dirtier cleaning jobs (although not a requirement to do these types of cleanings to work with us)

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
