**Summary**

Reporting to the Acting Director of Human Resources and/or his/her designee, the Timekeeping and Benefits Associate is responsible for the management of Timekeeping in BambooHR and Benefits Administration in Employee Navigator. This position is critical to the accurate and timely processing of Paid Time Off (PTO) and Benefits Administration. The Benefits Administration function is a multifaceted and unique role in Human Resources. On behalf of our network of schools the incumbent is responsible for day to day benefits adminstration; the annual open enrollment process, managing leaves of absence; FMLA PFL, STD, LTD and Workers Compensation. Overall, the Timekeeping and Benefits Associate plays an integral part of ensuring Human Resources services operate at this highest efficiency. The individual will assist with staying abreast of city, state and federal regulations as to benefits administration. This role is perfect for an individual who is a Team Player and enjoys working with people.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day BambooHR process for all staff.
- Onboard new ICS employees and offboard separating employees.
- Oversee Paid Time Off (PTO) process using BambooHR.
- Monitor and manage the Rollover Bank.
- Benefits Administration.
- Administer Leaves of Absences, i.e., FMLA, STD, LTD, PFL, W/C.
- Prepare customized reports, as needed.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and requests from employees in a timely manner.
- Perform duties, as assigned.

**Competencies & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a concentration in HR Management or other related fields.
- At least three (3) years of professional experience in the areas of timekeeping and benefits management.
- Experience working with BambooHR and Employee Navigator strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Whatever it takes, an attitude that is centered in the notion of children first.
