**Job Title**: Preschool and Camp Staff Recruiter

**Branch**: Association Office

**Pay Class**: Full Time

**Shifts/Availability**: Monday-Friday/Hybrid

**Rate**: $45,000-$55,000

**About the YMCA of Greater Brandywine**: The YMCA of Greater Brandywine (YGBW), an association of eight YMCAs serving Chester County, is a non-profit organization committed to nurturing the potential of every child, promoting healthy living and fostering social responsibility through life-changing programs.

**Position Purpose**: Under the supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition and Engagement, the Recruiter will focus on all tasks related to the sourcing of teachers, Before and after-school enrichment teachers, and camp associates within a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Develop relationships with local schools, community partners and training programs
- Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new teacher and camp team members
- Plan, execute and attend recruiting events
- Write and post advertisements, utilize social media sourcing methods for recruitment
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Engagement to develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Provide weekly updates to hiring managers
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field

OR
2+ years of experience in a recruiting, customer service, marketing, or retail role.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to meet established recruiting metrics and performance requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Be able to multi-task and work under deadlines in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Be capable of prioritizing tasks and follow up on actions without prompting
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances; and be willing to go the extra mile and participate as an active team member who assists other team members as necessary.
