**Position Responsibilities**
- Oversee the Creative Web team in the development of online marketing materials while upholding brand standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to bring creative visions to life.
- Manage the development of page-flow, site structure and transition of print to digital.
- Direct ecommerce solutions supported by web-based promotions, page layouts and other creative assets.
- Guide project workflow, collaborating with multiple teams and obtaining executive approvals to deliver digital marketing campaigns on time.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree.
- 15+ years of experience in web design with 5+ years in a management role.
- Demonstrated project management skills in a design or ecommerce setting, with a creative eye for product imagery.
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.
- Experience in Axure, or a similar prototype tool as well as HTML, CSS and scripting technologies.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
