**Role Overview**:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and influential Field Sales Network Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives within the Mexican communities in Texas, Arizona, and California. This role is tailor-made for individuals with a robust network in these communities and a background in direct sales or network marketing (similar to models used by Avon or Herbalife). The core of this position involves recruiting, building, and leading a salesforce dedicated to promoting Zapp. This part-time role offers a 100% commission-based reward system.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated success in building and managing sales networks, particularly within Mexican communities in the US.
- Extensive connections with individuals experienced in direct sales or network marketing in Texas, Arizona, and California.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
- High level of self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote setting.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

- Foster strong, supportive relationships with your team, maintaining their motivation and commitment.
- Regularly report on sales achievements, network growth, and market insights to company leadership.
