The Product Strategy Analyst role is within the Issuing Solutions business unit of Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) organization. This role will report to the Head of Product Strategy for Issuing Solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Work on projects or major project workstreams related to product strategy, business development, or other strategic initiatives for the Issuing Solutions business unit
- Strategic evaluation of revenue growth opportunities (e.g., inorganic growth, partnerships) and alignment with the broader business unit strategy
- Work with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing) to identify product opportunities and threats, and develop actionable recommendations
- Develop rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations. Ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendations
- Work closely with cross-functional and regional management teams on strategic initiatives, bringing timely and useful insights and analytical support
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management, other executive, functional, or regional staff and management in a clear, concise and impactful way to influence critical product decisions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications** Basic Qualifications**:

- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- You have prior experience in consulting/payments or product management

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD)
- 2-3 years total experience in management consulting, strategy, product
- management, or equivalent
- You have prior experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze financial modeling
- Experience working with strategic and prioritization frameworks, scenarios analysis, and competitive assessments. Knowledge of payment industry revenue drivers a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a 'peer' with functional and regional leaders within Visa.

**Additional Information** Work Hours**: Varies upon the needs of the department.

**Travel Requirements**: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

**Mental/Physical Requirements**: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

- U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,700.00 to 150,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
