Beverage Specialist

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations.
- Memorize beverage items and provide outstanding customer service by efficiently creating these delicious beverages.
- Handle transactions and operate POS system with accuracy.
- Utilize phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
- This is a multifaceted position with a variety of duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining the coffee/expresso equipment, and ensuring it is always ready for use, maintaining the draft system as well as checking for leaks, beer gas and changing bottles and cleaning. Bussing tables, taking food & beverage orders, customer service at our gift shop and viewing theater and deck as needed.

**Skills**:

- Experience in barista and bartending is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and people skills.

Pay: $16.05 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
