**Better together** This position is on-site at our Waukegan, IL location, and we are looking for people who share our passion.
**Position Responsibilities**
- Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
- Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments.
- Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.
**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent **required**. Bachelor’s degree **preferred.**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior call center experience / bookkeeping **a plus.**
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) **a plus.**
