The Purchasing Processor supports the organization’s mission to provide superior quality, lasting value, and outstanding customer service through the day-to-day workflow processes that affect Holiday Builders. Under the direction of the Central Purchasing/Systems Manager, the Purchasing Processor will provide Purchasing system support to ensure information regarding budgets, options and trade partners is reviewed and entered into IHMS accurately and efficiently. Meets overall objectives for Purchasing and ensures alignment and compliance with the corporate purchasing strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs all centralized purchasing processes including data entry for job budgets, purchase orders, variance purchase order’s, maintain vendor contracts, and data management as required.
- Facilitates organizational changes needed to support the overall mission/vision of purchasing department (systems maintenance).
- Consults with Divisional Purchasing Managers on business strategies to assist in control of the costs of labor and materials within each area.
- Consistently review variance reports and collaborate with Purchasing Manager for improvement.
- Set up initial Development Information and maintain all required data including models/elevations.
- Coordinate Trade Partner Bid Process with Purchasing Manager and enter final bid information into IHMS and digitally file all bids.
- Maintain vendor and development material item lists and pricing /color selections/groups through coordination with Corporate Purchasing.
- Invoice comparison and resolution.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience/Requirements

Associate’s degree in business administration, Finance or related area or equivalent

Minimum 2-4 years construction/accounting/purchasing related experience

2-4 years Contract/Budget Maintenance experience

Physical Demands

Able to lift, push, or move 10 to 25 pounds without assistance

Requires the ability to climb, stoop, kneel or crouch to gain access to equipment, files, and office supplies.
