Electrical Drafter / Operator

high-power electrical equipment. Our exceptional engineers and scientists collaborate to develop
the world’s most powerful radar transmitters, pulsed power units for state-of-the-art processing in
food, energy and wastewater, and advanced R&D for national laboratories.

DTI is seeking an experienced Electrical Drafter / Operator who will assist with document
production for a fast-paced, small business. Work with a tight-knit team of engineers on a range of
production and R&D projects. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work in a
challenging, innovative, technical environment at our facilities based in Bedford and Lexington,
Massachusetts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize SolidWorks Electrical and ACAD to create drawings for electrical systems

(e.g., generate schematics, prepare cable harness drawings, prepare bills of materials, etc.)
- Make changes and updates to drawings
- Work from hand drawings, sketches, verbal and written instructions

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated excellent AutoCAD skills
- SolidWorks Electrical is highly desired, but training will be provided
- Knowledge of electrical systems and schematics
- Attention to detail with an aptitude for working with design engineers and a team of drafters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and responsive to deadlines
- Must be a U.S. Person

Compensation:
