Job Description: Sales Associate/Front Desk

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the shop.
- Provide detailed information about Xtreme Auto's services, including window tinting, paint protection, detailing, and other offerings.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking calendar.
- Process customer transactions, including payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner.
- Assist in sales by recommending products and services that meet customer needs.
- Keep track of inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of auto services is a plus but not required.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position; must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods.
- May be required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
