Overview:
We are seeking someone in the Phoenix AZ area The Sales Representative/Manager will be responsible for learning the in home sales process, recruiting, training and managing other sales reps while providing customers in home design consultations for those looking to remodel their bath/shower area. Must have a professional appearance, have great people skills, results driven, and do what it takes to 'close the deal' mindset.

**Requirements**:

- Must have minimum of 6 months of in home sales experience
- Ability to follow our selling system
- Reliable transportation/valid license/insurance
- Ability to handle high volume of driving to and from sales appointments
- Available to work Mondays-Fridays with some availability on Saturdays

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
- Monthly bonus
- Uncapped commission

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Travel requirement:

- Travel

Ability to Relocate:

- Phoenix, AZ: Relocate before starting work (required)
