Elsie's Place is a chain of gaming cafes located in the Chicago area. We offer state-of-the-art gaming machines and a friendly staff. Our parent company is Lieberman Companies, a family-owned business headquartered in Bloomington, MN.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sign Holder to join our Elsie's Place team. As a Sign Holder, you will play a crucial role in promoting our business (3 different locations within the same vicinity) and attracting customers. Your primary responsibility will be to hold and display signs in high-traffic areas to capture the attention of passersby. This is a paid position with flexible hours.

**Duties**:

- Hold and display signs in designated areas to promote our business at nearby intersections
- Engage with potential customers by smiling, waving, and maintaining a positive attitude
- Follow instructions regarding sign placement and positioning
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing our company
- Provide information about our products or services when approached by interested individuals
- Collaborate with store manager to ensure effective sign placement strategies

**Experience**:

- No prior experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
