**WHO ARE WE?**

Insomniac’s West Coast Clubs Division is focused on creating a best-in-class experience for our Headliners. Our expanding roster of club partners includes some of the world's top venues, delivering performances from globally renowned DJs backed by top-notch sound and visuals. The diverse calendar of events celebrates the electronic dance music community and culture, offering an endless range of experiences. Insomniac’s West Coast Clubs Division includes venues such as Exchange, Academy LA, Time Nightclub, Bloom, and Nova SD.

**THE ROLE**

VIP hostesses serve as the welcoming representation of Insomniac Clubs. They are required to maintain a presentable, professional, and approachable demeanor at all times. The hostesses’ primary responsibility is to check in bottle service guests, which involves greeting guests, guiding them to the appropriate line, and initiating check-in.

When hostesses are not checking in a table, they must be
aware of guests who may have questions about which line to stand in, etc. Hosts
are also to rotate between each other and walk the line checking to see if
anyone is interested in purchasing a table.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Welcome guests with a friendly greeting and provide assistance by asking questions like, “Do you have any inquiries?” or “What type of ticket do you have?”.
- Maintain the bottle service line, confirming that each guest is in the correct lane.
- Check-in guests and keep an accurate count using Table List.
- Verify and communicate the listed information on The Host Envelope and Chit to the head of the table (HOT) to ensure clarity.
- Collect matching credit cards and identification for table purchases, following established
procedures.
- Wristband all guests quickly and efficiently.
- Correctly seat guests at their reserved table and introduce the head of the table to their bottle
server while relaying any other valuable information (such as a birthday, etc.)
- Walk the line and offer tables to guests.
- Return company equipment at the end of each shift.
- In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the employee may be assigned other duties or
tasks as needed.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Ability to work Nigh Shift, Evening Shift & Weekends as needed

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments when at venues
- May work in drastic temperature climates when at venues
- Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required
