Delta Wye Electric is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Trainee to join our team. As an Electrical Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Industrial Electricians and learn the intricacies of electrical systems in industrial settings. **Responsibilities**:

- _ Learning and Development:_ Participate in on-the-job training under the guidance of experienced Industrial Electricians to gain hands-on experience in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- _ Electrical System Support:_ Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in industrial environments.
- _ Safety Compliance:_ Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others.
- _ Equipment Maintenance:_ Assist in routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- _ Blueprint Reading:_ Learn to interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand electrical layouts and plans.
- _ Team Collaboration:_ Work closely with the industrial electrical team and actively participate in collaborative projects.
- _ Continuous Learning:_ Engage in ongoing training and educational programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in the Industrial Electric industry.

**Requirements**:

- _ Electrical Interest:_ Demonstrate a strong interest in the electrical field and a desire to pursue a career as an Industrial Electrician.
- _ Educational Background:_ High school diploma or equivalent. Any relevant electrical education or certification is a plus.
- _ Safety Awareness:_ Show a commitment to safety and the willingness to follow safety guidelines and regulations.
- _ Physical Ability:_ Be able to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various industrial settings.
- _ Eagerness to Learn:_ Exhibit a proactive attitude towards learning and taking on new challenges.
