Position Overview
Solid data entry and typing skills a must. Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Experience with purchase orders (1-2 years).Interest in accounting helpful.
Familiarity with Smartsheet software is helpful but not required.
If you have a background in inventory and logistics, that is a huge plus.
Create purchase orders for all our products used in Premier’s remodeling projects.
Coordinate and communicate with all vendors regarding shipping arrangements.
Responsible for coordinating and receiving all incoming products. You will lift, move, label, and stage smaller incoming freight (units up to 20 lbs.)
Assists Production and Project managers in ordering various special-order merchandise, product shortages, and warranty replacements.
Full-time in the office, Monday-Friday. Mesa Location.
W-2 hourly Compensation depends on experience but is typically $21.00-$23.00 per hour.

As a Data Entry for purchasing and receiving, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and organizing data. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
