**Lead Audio/Video Technician**

Duties
- Install, program, maintain, and repair audio, video, automation and control, security and other low voltage system
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with audio, video, automation and control, security and other low voltage systems equipment
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on audio, video, automation and control, security and other low voltage system systems
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times

Qualifications of Lead A/V Technician
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the residential audio, video and automation installation industry.
- Strong knowledge of audio, video, automation and control, security and other low voltage system
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing audio, video, automation and control, security and other low voltage systems equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid California driver's license
