Weekdays: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (with 30 minute lunch per day)
Job Description: (expectation are as mentioned below but not limited too)
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Process checks by scanning and entering in designated software
- Monitor and maintain accounts receivable
- Monitor and maintain accounts payable/1099’s
- Create and Maintain journal entries
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Have monthly report of complete monthly financials within 5 days prior to established

BoD meeting submitted to the BoD, Office Manager and FPOC Chairman.
- Monitor operating expenses and revenue to ensure in line with budget

Payroll
- Process New Hire paperwork
- Process direct deposit payroll, tax deductions. Insurance premium deduction, process

quarterly and yearly tax reports, W2’s.
Assist manager with
- Residential payment plan maintenance
- Issuing monthly delinquent payment reminders
- Calling on delinquent accounts/communicating with collections
- Having a weekly/monthly updated report on delinquent accounts and status updates
- Provide required information from previous software for maintenance request

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
