The BDC Manager is the direct Supervisor of the Sales BDC Representatives and Service BDC Representatives. This position is responsible for the following but not limited to managing the BDC Consultants, ensuring that department metrics and goals are met in relation to customer contacts, appointments set, appointments show and sold, managing third party lead and website providers.

**Duties And Responsibilities**:
Ensure that sales department and service department metrics and goals are met
- Assist in the process of generating the sale of vehicles and service of vehicles
- Assist in the training of the sales and service BDC Consultants
- Measure and maintain performance levels as they relate to company set goals
- Manage employee schedules and weekly commission payroll
- Hiring, evaluating, managing, and disciplining of all BDC personnel
- Effectively utilize CRM and lead management tools

**Qualifications**:

- Previous dealership management experience required - minimum of 1 year

Previous work experience in a BDC department considered a plus
