Patient Care Coordinator

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for checking patients in and out for appointments, verifying insurance coverage, sending referrals, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator in our Bradenton Office and one in our Sarasota Office.

**Responsibilities**
- Verify insurance coverage before Patient arrives
- Greet** **patients upon arrival.
- Review insurance, demographics with patient
- Verify all paperwork signed
- Upon check out make sure patient receives all labs/orders.
- Make follow up appointments
- Light scanning

**Skills and qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a medical office or related setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
