Part-time Education Sales Specialist

**Summary-**
The Education Sales Specialist oversees sales expansion and provides brand training to retail partners in the San Francisco/Bay Area (West Bay and East Bay), CA Region. This position is part-time with the potential for contract-to-hire.
**Roles & Responsibilities-**
- Develop sales growth strategies for the San Francisco/Bay Area Region.
- Coordinate in-store activations and activities.
- Provide sales reports and analyse retail partner growth.
- Plan future brick-and-mortar retail expansion.
- Conduct in-store brand and product training.
- Support in-store events and promotions.
- Generate weekly reports on events and sales metrics.
**Minimum Qualifications-**
- Requires 2+ years of retail beauty/cosmetic experience.
- Hourly position at $25/hour, with 20-25 in-store hours and 2-3 desk hours weekly.
- Weekly one-on-one meetings with the National Manager on Mondays.
- Expected to spend 4-5 days in-store for sales support and events, mainly on Fridays, Saturdays, and some Sundays.
- Weekly reports due every Sunday evening.
- Must have reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Ability to carry event materials and heavy product boxes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint essential.
