**We are delighted to share that **_**Success Rehabilitation, Inc.,**_ **is expanding its residential program into the Lehigh Valley (Bethlehem, PA) This location is set to open in the middle of January 2024 with our first wave of clients.**
We are looking for _compassionate _and _reliable _**Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)** with strong leadership skills to provide direct care to our clients.
You will find meaningful work helping individuals with traumatic and acquired brain injuries and other neurological impairments.

**Primary Job Duties**:
At _Success_, you will help residents achieve a maximum level of independence and quality of life. You will:
- Work to support each resident toward the achievement of active treatment goals
- Assist residents to maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment
- _**Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transfers and personal care, as needed**_
- Transport clients to day program, doctor's appointments, & community outings.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must have _own _reliable vehicle.
- Proof of a high school diploma, GED and/or college/university degree from a US educational institution or active status on PA CNA registry.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be punctual and reliable with _good attendance_.
- Ability to problem solve with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to self-schedule, as needed, to ensure coverage.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Physical requirements - walking, standing, stooping, sitting, kneeling, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs., without assistance.
