Credit Union Teller

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Assist customers with account inquiries and issue receipts
- Promote credit union products and services to meet customer needs
- Balance cash drawers and maintain adequate cash levels
- Adhere to all credit union regulations and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in 10-key typing for accurate data entry
- Knowledge of financial software for transaction processing
- Previous experience in a bank or financial institution required
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer relationship management
- Understanding of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with retail math calculations for cash handling
- Experience with loan origination processes is a plus
- Ability to drive financial sales through effective communication
- Knowledge of cash management practices for balancing cash drawers

Pay: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
