**Essential Job Functions**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors and participants.
- Monitor plan assets and prepare reports and presentations for plan investment committees.
- Prepare and conduct enrollment presentations as well as educational financial wellness presentations for plan participants.
- Collaborate with Record Keepers, Third-Party Administrators, and other plan fiduciaries as needed.
- Maintain existing relationships with key stakeholders and responsible parties.
- Develop relationships with prospective plan providers.
- Expand the firm’s presence in the qualified retirement plan marketplace.
- Stay informed about regulatory developments and 401(k) industry best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Three or more years of experience in financial services and the qualified retirement plan marketplace.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Must be willing to work on-site.
- Relevant industry credential preferred.
- Series 65
- Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS regulations, and other relevant laws governing retirement plans.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset passionate about continuously improving workflows and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a small office setting.
- High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Spanish language proficiency a plus.
