**Job Summary**:
The Cyber Threat Intelligence Exercise Lead will provide direct support to the Plans and Exercise Lead for the Joint Cyber Training Enterprise, one of the largest leading cyber training and operations platforms in the world. The incumbent will support project teams and provide translation and operationalization of CMF input related to specific cyber threats and intelligence packages. The lead will facilitate and identify, characterize, curate, and deliver intelligence products necessary for the development of threat emulation playbooks and associated training malware. This position requires both leadership and management experience, as well as excellent presentational skills.

Position location is Annapolis Junction, MD and full time on-site.

**Essential Job Functions**:
This position is responsible for the overall contract, to include:

- Lead Cyber Threat Intelligence design, planning and delivery.
- Provide customer facing support and able to work across all verticals to include: white cell, red cell, exercise control, blue build teams and develop visual products for small to large multi-national cyber exercise
- Experience working with the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) is a major plus
- Lead is responsible to support integration and enable the access of intelligence products by all-source analysis within unclassified and classified ranges.
- Generation of artifact data (i.e. sensitive files) for hosting on key cyber terrain to meet OPFOR collection and data exfiltration objectives.
- Oversee the development, testing, documentation, fielding and support of complex cyber and IT training systems and equipment.
- Ensure the highest quality of task completion, meeting contractual performance criteria and deliverables in accordance with the contract.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Didactic public speaker
- Ability to build basic to intermediate graphics to illustrate intent and brief to general officer level
- Some experience staffing and managing teams that include both workforces on-site and remote
- Some experience with organizing and coordinating the planning and production of client deliveries.
- Some experience with Agile based development approaches
- Ability to operate independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to establish an effective working relationship with senior-level customers, technical staff, managers and peers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with a demonstrated capability to coordinate and align efforts between government customers, senior executives, subcontractors and team members.
- Must be able to understand multi-level customer/user expectations and concerns, and to assure customer(s) that the program is being managed effectively.

**Required Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree required in intelligence, information systems, English, or related management and advanced degree/studies preferred
- or completion of a military technical training school such as CTIA, FORGE, DoD red team, or exploit analyst
- 5 years of Department of Defense leadership experience can be substituted for degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex, projects and programs for the federal government.
- Certified Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA) HIGHLY DESIRED

**Other Requirements**:Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance. Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.
