Record quantity of meat received and issued to cooks or keep records of meat sales.

Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine.
- Prepare meat products for sale or consumption.

Cure, smoke, tenderize and preserve meat.
- Load items into ovens or furnaces.
Total sales, and collect money from customers.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
