Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Help patients with eating and ensure they receive proper nutrition
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Experience in caregiving or working with elderly or memory care patients is beneficial

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Physical stamina to lift and move patients as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
