**Duties**:

- Review timecard accuracy for union & non-union employees
- Issue weekly paychecks & manual checks as needed
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain sick and paid time off balances in our database
- Complete Paid Family Leave, Disability & Workers Compensation forms
- Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management
- Assist with 401(k), PBJ (Payroll Based Journal), Affordable Care Act (ACA) Submission & Department of Labor audits
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports, including W-2 processing
- Update payroll records by entering changes in tax exemptions, garnishees, health/dental insurance & 401(k) deductions

**Skills**:

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory
- Confidentiality and professionalism are mandatory
- Excellent math skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Minimum (1) year payroll department experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook

**Salary**:$50,000-$65,000 annually
