Appliance Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and more. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with electrical systems. If you have a passion for fixing things and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostic assessments on appliances to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Repair or replace defective components using hand tools and power tools
- Install new appliances and ensure they are functioning properly
- Follow manufacturer's instructions and utilize schematics to troubleshoot complex problems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and services provided
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training sessions as required

**Skills**:

- Proficiency English and Spanish
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to assemble/disassemble appliances
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Pasadena, TX 77504 (required)
