**Cogir Senior Living** (formerly Cadence Living) is hiring friendly, compassionate, and energetic **Servers** in our beautiful retirement community **Andara Senior Living by Cogir.**
As a Server in our community restaurant, you help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Our resident satisfaction starts with you
**Currently Hiring for: Part-Time; Day shift - 3:30p-7:30p - flexible scheduling**

**What will you do as a Server?**
- Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately and promptly.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile.
- Maintain a clean dining and service area for all.
- Help with bussing tables and washing dishes at the end of food service (where applicable).
- Reset tables for the next meal service.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living.
**If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat**:
- A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus
