**Responsibilities**:

- Neighborly Relations
- Cultivating and nurturing amicable connections with neighbors throughout the project's duration.
- Project Information Oversight
- Supervising Buildertrend project data, encompassing change orders, allowances, and the upkeep of construction schedules.
- Ensuring project files are current and systematically arranged.
- Aiding the Senior Project Manager
- Assisting the Senior Project Manager in managing warranty tasks.
- Documenting framing images for project records.
- Inspections and Project Oversight
- Overseeing and being present for all inspections.
- Carrying out delegated project management duties and monitoring them using BuilderTrend's To-Do functionality.
- Financial and Administrative Responsibilities
- Authorizing invoices and forwarding them to the Senior Project Manager for assessment.
- Compiling and supervising project punch lists throughout the project's duration.
- Managing tools, equipment, and bids from trade partners associated with ongoing projects and job sites.
- Site Upkeep and Quality Assurance
- Guaranteeing site maintenance and tidiness.
- Monitoring and addressing any community, neighbor, or environmental concerns that emerge during a project.
- Ensuring that the quality of work performed by trade partners aligns with and surpasses the Landmark's benchmarks.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of construction experience with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to drive project success
- Must have hands-on capabilities and a deep understanding of construction processes and best practices
- A self-starter with the ability to effectively support project managers in the field
- Strong leadership qualities with the potential to grow into project management or a background as a lead carpenter
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full-Time
- Salary at $50,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience.
