**GENERAL SUMMARY**:To assist in managing the inventory procurement process including product and supplies. Additionally, to support other supply chain functions and projects as assigned. Reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in managing the procurement of all product and supplies from pharmacy manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers
- Support the check-in and location movement of all products and supplies to ensure compliance and security of inventory
- Adhere to and support SOPs while striving for process improvement
- Conduct cycle counts per SOP and business rule requirements
- Reconciliation of physical inventory with perpetual inventory
- Communicate inventory status to key stakeholders
- Support relationships with external parties (pharmacy manufacturers | wholesalers | retailers | carriers)

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
Education/Training:

- Minimum HS Degree, higher education is desirable
- Eligible to participate and not excluded from federal or state health care programs, including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
- Repetitive standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, stretching, and reaching
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload
