Job Summary:
We are Epic Consolidated Services, and we have been successfully operating since 2012. We are currently seeking customer-focused individuals to join our team at our client’s properties in the DMV area.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and prospective residents, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Providing personalized assistance to residents such as coordinating reservations, arranging transportation, etc.
- Monitoring and maintaining the lobby and mail room to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Processing packages, managing emergency keys, and updating residents’ records as needed.
- Staying informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide valuable recommendations to residents and enhance their experience.
- Responding promptly and professionally to residents’ inquiries, concerns, and requests, working to exceed client expectations with each interaction.
- Answering incoming calls with a courteous and helpful demeanor.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues
- Familiarity with front desk operations

**Job Type**: Seasonal

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed

**Language**:

Ability to Commute:
