**Duties**:

- You will formulate plans, service positions, procedures and objectives to implement and maintain budgets for programs.
- You will review and analyze the execution of Navy programs by reviewing reports and findings of studies.
- You will review and analyze Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) system requirements for military construction projects.
- You will prepare written products and deliver oral presentations on programs.

- This position may require a two-year DCIPS trial period requirement.

**Qualifications**:

- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Formulate plans, procedures, and objectives to implement and maintain budgets for programs;
- Utilize knowledge of federal programming and planning processes to ensure mission requirements are met;
- Review and analyze the execution of programs, comparing cost benefits, cost projections, and programmatic factors to evaluate discrepancies in resource allocation;
- Collaborate with acquisition and budget teams on developing oral presentations and preparing written reports to justify and defend budget submissions.
