**Job Overview**

As a Ries Graphics Lead Pressman you will be in charge of running a Komori press. We will train on our specific equipment but substantial experience as a pressman is required. This is an integral part in our printing process, and we need the right person for the job. You’ll be the head of a two-man team to keep our press running smoothly and efficiently.

This position is full time, shifts will be discussed. Both 8 and 12 hour shifts are available, 2nd or 3rd shift.

We are a very busy shop never wondering what will come next There are plenty of opportunities for overtime hours

**Requirements**:

- First Pressman Experience
- Must have an eye for color
- Read a ruler
- Do basic math/have basic math skills
- Lift a maximum of 50 pounds
- Stand and move around for duration of shift
- Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical or print related issues

**Responsibilities**
- Read and understand job tickets, layouts, and stock slips
- Set up and make ready print jobs
- Maintain quality and color of print
- Monitor and record stock and ink usage
- Work closely with the 2nd pressman
- Follow routine maintenance and cleaning schedule
- We will train you to operate a forklift_
