**What will my role entail?**

As a Lead Fire Alarm Installation Technician at Benson Systems, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation of low voltage fire alarm systems. In addition to hands-on installation and troubleshooting, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of safety and compliance. This position requires NICET II certification, demonstrating your expertise and proficiency in fire alarm systems.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:Proven track record of 10-15 years in installing fire alarm systems in commercial or industrial settings, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

**Certifications**:NICET Level I or II certification in Fire Alarm Systems. Additional factory certifications are a plus.

**Skills**:Proficiency in low voltage wiring, electronics, and fire alarm system components. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

**Background Check**:Must pass a background check with no DUI or domestic violence records as some work may be on Federal Property and Military Reservations.

**Driver’s License**:Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
