**Position Overview**: As a Drywall Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our project planning and execution process. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately estimate the costs associated with drywall installations and provide comprehensive bids for potential projects. You will collaborate closely with our project management and procurement teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of project requirements and specifications.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other project documentation to determine material and labor requirements.
- Utilize industry-standard estimating software to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates.
- Solicit and review subcontractor bids and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bid strategies.
- Present estimates to clients and participate in negotiations as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Drywall Estimator in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Planswift, BluebeamTakeoff, Procor or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
