Responsibilities as a **Dispatcher** for dnata Catering, your main responsibility is to efficiently coordinate and schedule the delivery of meals and supplies to various aircrafts. You will work closely with the catering team, flight crews, and ground staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals, taking into account specific dietary requirements and airline preferences. Your role will involve organizing and prioritizing orders, maintaining communication with drivers and catering staff to track delivery status, and resolving any logístical issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies and aviation regulations. Your strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for dnata Catering.

You Will:
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**SCHEDULE: Night / Over night Shift**
- Assist Transportation Manager as needed.
- Forward daily flight catering status (flight for number of PAX prepared) to KL.
- Process all customer information during shift and update all departments concerned as needed.
- Print labels and boarding bills for flight departures during shift and next shifts as needed.
- Print labels and boarding bills for flight departures as needed to have all production information ready for pick up at dispatch for all departments concerned: HOT/COLD FOOD, EQ/BEV, etc.
- Responsible for communicating and overseeing last-minute requests to all departments concerned.
- Build all cargo flights during shift.
- Being a communication link between field operation and catering building.
- Capture all working hours and control timekeeping and provide respective time adjustment sheets to HR and Transportation Manager.
- Ensure proper shift closing with all tasks completed.
- Assist the Commercial department with menu specs and other tasks as per prior assignment.

**NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Other duties as assigned by unit Supervisors.

The salary for this position is $**23.22 hourly with weekly pay**, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

You Have:

- **EDUCATION**:Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years’ experience in transportation dispatching and customer service

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Intellectual/Social demands**:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. This position also requires constant attendance and punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan. Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.

**Physical demands**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 30 pounds.
