**Minimum Qualifications**
- Associate degree with one to three years of experience working in higher education, preferably in an Admissions Office.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Superior writing and verbal skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to speak in front of large groups.
- Familiarity with software packages related to admissions.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree with three or more years of experience working in higher education, preferably in an Admissions Office.
- Three or more years of experience working with Banner or similar operating system.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Bi-lingual a plus.

**Physical Abilities**

The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without accommodations:

- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Some bending and stooping when working with files.
- Limited lifting involved but not more than 50 pounds at a time.
- Finger dexterity for typing and using other office equipment.

**Salary and Benefit Information**

Contractual starting range $18.40 to $20.00 per hour and will be commensurate with education and experience. The College offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, short
