**Overview**:
As a Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at Gesture, you will play a key role in extracting valuable insights from vast datasets, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes, and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, optimize processes, and drive innovation in a dynamic tech environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence and Data Analytics to join our dynamic team. You will contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge data solutions that drive business insights and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis and Modeling**:

- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and implement predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.

**Data Preparation and Cleaning**:

- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Work with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure efficient data flow.

**Statistical Analysis**:

- Conduct statistical analysis to derive actionable insights from data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics for measuring model effectiveness.

**Model Evaluation and Optimization**:

- Evaluate model performance and refine algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement best practices for model deployment and monitor model performance in real-world scenarios.
- Build predictive models to forecast business trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Continuously refine models based on feedback and changing business requirements.

**Data Visualization**:

- Communicate complex findings through data visualization tools and techniques.
- Create clear and compelling visualizations to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations.

**Continuous Learning**:

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools and libraries.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with big data technologies such as but limited to Hadoop and Spark.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as but not limited to TensorFlow or PyTorch.
