Life Crisis Center is currently seeking dedicated and passionate Full & Part Time Crisis Specialist. The crisis specialist will provide quality customer service to people requesting assistance on our 24/7 hotline and provide services in our domestic violence safe house. The 24/7 hotline receives calls for information and referral services, crisis support services, suicide hotline, and text and chat services. The domestic violence safe house provides secure and confidential housing to victims of domestic violence and their children.
- Must be available to work nights, every other weekend and an occasional overnight when needed
- Working knowledge of computer
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task answering calls and entering data simultaneously
- AA degree or related experience in Social Service, human service or related field
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Ability to pass background and fingerprint check'

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
