**Business Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Elicit and document customer requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques.
- Work closely with data scientists and other team members to develop advanced AI solutions including predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and NLP algorithms.
- Participate in the design and implementation of AI projects to solve complex business problems.
- Create well-structured and engaging content for reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Translate technical findings into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to various stakeholders, including management, clients, and internal teams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Verify and validate data integrity and accuracy to ensure the reliability of analytical results.
- Conduct testing and validation of analytical models to assess their performance and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Supply chain or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
- Experience in developing and implementing predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in content writing, report creation, and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on data science projects.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour

Compensation package:

- 1099 contract

Experience level:

- 10 years
- 11+ years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- SQL: 1 year (preferred)
