**Responsibilities**:

- Perform repairs as outlined on the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards
- Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle components and systems
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Maintain open communication with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of any additional service requirements, providing estimates for additional repairs as needed
- Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous experience in basic car care is advantageous but not mandatory
- Customer-centric mindset with strong teamwork skills
- Mechanical aptitude is essential
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and background screening
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building enduring customer relationships
- Availability to work Saturdays
