**Marketing Strategist - Fitness Equipment**

As the Marketing Strategist for Total Body Experts, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive online sales, and foster customer engagement. Leveraging your expertise in the fitness industry and marketing channels, you will play a key role in shaping our offline and online presence and reaching our target audience effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the fitness equipment industry, considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis. Align strategies with overarching business objectives and departments to drive growth and revenue.
- Offline Opportunities: Explore, evaluate, engage and execute on print media, industry partnerships, trade shows, packaging, promotional material and other projects as needed.
- Content Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and informative content related to fitness, health, and wellness. Create content calendars and direct content distribution across platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice and drive audience engagement.
- Video Strategy: Create video strategy and manage video ideation, scheduling, script development and execution with internal staff and partners.
- E-commerce Optimization: Collaborate with the Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to optimize our e-commerce sites and digital platforms for improved user experience, conversion rates, and sales. Ensure best practices for product merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional offers to maximize online revenue.
- Social Media Management: Work with the Social Media Manager to maintain and grow the company profiles on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn. Conceptualize content for development and monitor social media metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics,social media analytics and internal sales and accounting data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Influencer & Brand Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, affiliates, and influencers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Exercise Science, or related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing or fitness industry credentials are a plus.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fitness or sports equipment industry.
- Familiarity in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems, as well as experience with advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences across various channels.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness, with a deep understanding of consumer preferences and trends in the fitness equipment market.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
