Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Yard Worker to join our team. As a Yard Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the yard area and equipment. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our facility. We are a concrete formwork rental company. Need help with our equipment getting organized and in rent-ready condition.

**Duties**:

- Load and unload materials from trucks
- Organize and maintain inventory in the yard
- Operate yard equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Keep the yard area clean and free of debris
- Assist customers with locating materials in the yard
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Experience with operating power tools such as grinders and sanders.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Drug-free work environment
