General Laborer

**Job Brief**

**_Essential Duties and Responsibilities: _**
- Work on a sheet metal fabrication production floor supporting various fabrication processes.
- Perform various steel fabrication work such as grinding, inserting, tapping holes, loading and off-loading powder coat line.
- actively participate in problem solving and process improvement activities
- attention to detail and quality oriented
- Perform other duties as needed.

**_Qualifications: _**
- We are looking for new associates that can be a strong team player, reliable and have received a High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience as mechanical/basic assembler or general laborer.
- Flexible schedule is required; this position requires shift work as well as some weekend work.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
