Stockroom Clerk

**Job Summary**: Perform clerical and manual tasks in receiving including verifying, storing, and issuing electronic and mechanical parts and subassemblies.

**Job Duties**: Minimum job duties include the following.
- Receive and unpack shipment of electronic and mechanical parts and subassemblies; verify content and quantities against purchase orders; store contents into appropriate locations in the stockroom and record the transaction in the proper bin cards
- Issue parts and subassemblies to work orders using pick lists; create shortage cards if necessary and record the transaction in the proper bin card
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Assist, record, and process other stock transactions as required by other employees
- Perform cycle counts and participate in annual inventory
- Perform job functions per ISO standards and procedures
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills/Experience**:Good math skills, detailed and paperwork oriented. Experience in manufacturing or stockroom environment helpful, but not required. Computer skills are required; ERP experience is preferred.

**Education**:High School diploma or G.E.D.

**Physical demands**: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand and walk around the facility multiple times throughout the day.
